Relationship with Healthcare Professionals
Inovemed maintains relationships with healthcare professionals exclusively for legitimate scientific, technical, and institutional purposes. The company does not offer, promise, or grant any financial or material advantage with the aim of influencing decisions regarding the prescription, purchase, or recommendation of medicines. Clinical independence is fully respected, and no collaboration is conditional on the use of the company’s products.
Participation in scientific events is supported only when there is relevant educational content directly related to professional activity. Any hospitality provided is strictly limited to what is necessary for participation in the event, and is always moderate and proportionate. The company does not finance recreational activities or expenses for accompanying persons.
Whenever consulting or scientific collaboration contracts exist, they are formalised in writing, clearly specifying the object of the service, its necessity and the agreed remuneration.
Compensation is adequate and proportional to the work actually performed, with the selection of professionals based exclusively on technical and scientific criteria.
